THE CORN EXCHANGE £3,500 to take over the Corn Exchange Learning event
THE OPEN STUDIOS SCHEME £4,000 for publishing 10,000 illustrated directories, providing hands-on workshops, helping families, children and young people to achieve, and promoting arts as an occupational therapy
TIME SPANNER (PROJECTS) £1,000 for core running costs e.g. administration, transport etc.
BARFIELD HANDBELL RINGERS £363 for the refurbishment of the remaining 4 handbells from 19th century set and the purchase of carrying cases to house the set
COMMUNITY OF HUNGERFORD THEATRE COMPANY £1,500 to part-fund a live performance for each of the acting groups during 2009/10 specifically venues, staging, lighting, scripts music royalties and costumes
CROMWELL SINGERS £250 to purchase sets of sheet music to supplement the library for concerts
HADCAF £3,000 to assist with start-up costs, increased costs arising from increased fees from artists and hire of venues
HOLYBROOK FESTIVAL £250 to pay for a "drumbreaks" workshop which will be a free activity for those attending
KENNET AMATEUR THEATRICAL SOCIETY (KATS) £450 for maintenance and running costs of existing equipment
NEWBURY NOMADS £375 towards the costs of staging an annual production at the Corn Exchange and day to day running expenses
NEWBURY YOUTH THEATRE £600 to support the devising, writing and tour of a new play looking at what happens to missing letters
OPEN STUDIOS SCHEME £585 for developing and delivering craft skill workshops to patients and occupational therapists at WB Community Hospital with professional artists
TILEHURST EISTEDDFOD £400 to help with the costs of hiring halls and venues for each event
WEST BERKSHIRE COUNCIL on behalf of THE REGENERATION SERVICE £2,000 to fund an art exhibition with the theme "Every Child Matters" to raise awareness of the work carried out with excluded and vulnerable young people

COMPTON VILLAGE HALL £10,000 for the removal of the existing concrete/asbestos roof and its annexes and to replace the roof and defective hall lighting
ECCHINSWELL VILLAGE HALL £10,000 to upgrade the existing facilities
GREENHAM YOUTH & COMMUNITY PROJECT £3,000 to fund a Gap Year Volunteer and either part time paid worker or Trainee Youth Worker
HEADLEY COMMUNITY SHOP LTD £3,500 for upgrading shelving, chillers, freezer cabinet and scales
NEWBURY FAMILY CONTACT CENTRE £1,000 for the NACCC registration fee, hire of premises, heating/lighting, insurance, training volunteers, toys etc.
NEWBURY FAMILY COUNSELLING SERVICE LTD £4,000 to continue delivering the service over the next 12 months
RELATE BERKSHIRE £4,000 to provide 500 relate specialist relationship counselling appointments to adults and young people in Newbury
TADLEY & DISTRICT CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU £1,000 to contribute to core funding, especially to assist in meeting the increase in demand during the present economic crisis
THE COMPASSIONATE FRIENDS, NEWBURY BRANCH £1,000 for running costs to secure the means to provide support in accordance with their aims
THE NEWBURY COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE £5,000 for a contribution towards the salary and on-costs of the Project Manager at the Community Furniture Project (Newbury).
WANTAGE COUNSELLING SERVICE £1,500 towards subsidising fees for low-income clients resident in West Berkshire
14:21 TIME TO TALK £3,000 for specific running costs to maintain and develop the counselling service to our local young community
ALDWORTH VILLAGE HALL CHARITABLE TRUST £7,000 to provide dedicated parking spaces and improved pedestrian and vehicular access to the village hall
CHAIN (HUNGERFORD VOLUNTEER FORCE) £750 to enable Chain to continue its support given to the community
CHRISTIANS AGAINST POVERTY £82 for support costs for the Newbury debt counselling centre to offer hope to marginalised people in its community. (This figure was to top up a grant from the LSP to the required amount.)
KINTBURY VOLUNTEER GROUP £500 for core funding - mainly running an office open every weekday - rent, heating, community charge etc.
NEWBURY CARNIVAL 2009 £1,800 for funding towards insurance, publicity, signage, barrier hire, first-aid cover, promotion, hiring street entertainers and bands
NEWBURY ROYAL BRITISH LEGION £6,000 to repair the roof of the Royal British Legion building from leaks
VOLUNTEER CENTRE WEST BERKSHIRE £15,000 to employ a volunteer recruitment officer in order in increase participation in regular volunteering and to create volunteering campaigns over two years
WEST BERKSHIRE CAB £14,000 to continue to provide the Outreach Service in rural parts of West Berkshire
WEST BERKSHIRE MINORITY ETHNIC FORUM £5,000 for the development of an Equalities Council, the Interfaith Forum, Women's Development Programmes and identification/support for further minority ethnic communities within the area

BERKSHIRE MAGISTRATES' MOCK TRIAL FUND £1,000 for prizes, printed certificates, refreshments for students taking part, travel grants to the two schools representing Berkshire at the National finals
ECCHINSWELL HOME SCHOOL ASSOCIATION £938 to take the whole school, 75 pupils, for a trip to the pantomime and attend a workshop
ENBORNE SCHOOL FUND £650 to purchase essential equipment to enable the new school garden to be used to its full potential
THE WINCHCOMBE SCHOOL £950 to enable those children of Winchcombe School at a financial disadvantage to partake in an upcoming extra-curricular residential trip
BICYCLE HELMET INITITAVE TRUST £1,000 towards the costs of educating pupils, teachers and parents on the importance of safer cycling and encouraging more children to cycle
COMMUNITY YOUTH PROJECT £450 to provide specialised first aid training for volunteers working with children and young people
BRADFIELD C OF E PRIMARY SCHOOL £23,000 to build a self contained hall, kitchen facilities, toilets, secure entrance and reception, teaching rooms, library and classroom
FIR TREE PRIMARY SCHOOL £200 to provide an opportunity for parents to learn and also support their own children through learning
HAMPSTEAD NORREYS PRIMARY SCHOOL on behalf of THE DOMINOES EXTENDED SERVICES CLUSTER £2,000 to put on an Activity Morning on a Saturday, to encourage families and the wider community to access family and adult learning in the Downland area
JIMINY CRICKET'S PRE-SCHOOL £200 for toys and play equipment specifically designed for learning outside in the new secure garden
MARY HARE SCHOOL £2,000 to purchase a minibus to get children to events and sporting fixtures around the county
NEWBURY & DISTRICT UNITED NATIONS ASSOCIATION BRANCH £500 to assist with entry fees and expenses for West Berks local secondary schools to attend Model United Nation general Assemblies (MUNGA's)
PANGBOURNE PANTHERS BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CLUB £2,550 for games, books, DVDs, craft materials, local trips, additional temporary staff for Holiday Clubs and a covered outdoor area for children's games

ALZHEIMER'S SOCIETY WEST BERKSHIRE £1,386 to support the branch office rental costs and monthly newsletter distribution costs
BERKSHIRE COUNTY BLIND SOCIETY £10,000 to enhance the quality of life of 145 visually impaired people living in and around Newbury
BERKSHIRE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS THERAPY CENTRE £1,000 to meet 5% of the direct cost of providing therapy to the residents of West Berkshire known to have MS
BREAST CANCER SUPPORT GROUP - NEWBURY BREAST CARE £300 to meet venue hire costs for a fashion show to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care
CHILDREN'S HEART FOUNDATION £900 for two vital INR blood monitoring machines for use by children with heart conditions in the community
MYASTHENIA GRAVIS ASSOCIATION £500 to provide MGA medical information packs to approximately 60 GPs, dentists and opticians in the local area

ST MICHAEL'S HOSPICE (NORTH HAMPSHIRE) £4,000 for an extension to St Michael's Hospice which will house additional Therapy/Consulting rooms and an education facility
A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL £400 for a speaking/talking computer package for internet and homework for a registered blind person with mobility problems
WESSEX CHILDREN'S HOSPICE (NAOMI HOUSE) £10,000 towards building a new hospice called Jacksplace

BERKSHIRE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE & OXFORD WILDLIFE TRUST £3,500 to provide the remaining matched funding to engage a Project Officer for BBOWT's landscape scale biodiversity project in West Berkshire
FIVE A DAY MARKET GARDEN £625 for gardening materials, educational equipment and marketing materials
TRINITY SCHOOL PTA £580 to facilitate several ecological projects within the school grounds
5 A DAY MARKET GARDEN £800 for gardening equipment and materials, educational equipment and marketing materials
AN ORNITHOLOGIST £1,450 for the purchase of specialist equipment to see the monitoring of the avian population of Greenham Common project through the next ten years

VITALISE £1,227 a 10% contribution towards the cost of providing 30 care break weeks for disabled people from West Berkshire
WASH COMMON JUBILEE PARK £2,770 for benches/picnic tables for additional recreational facilities
WEST BERKS DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S AWARD COMMITTEE £1,800 for training volunteers to coach, a Presentation Ceremony for their efforts and a fund to help the more financially disadvantaged, to ensure DofE success for all participants
